The winners of the recent director elections are: Donna Hansen McMillin, Joe Newton, Darryl Slavin, and Carol Ann Toms. The rest of the 2026 board will include: Buster Beebe, Ilene Schechter and Donna Tyner. Those leaving the board at the end of this year are Kelley Lee, Brad Seymour and Jill Wolf.

Monthly board meetings for homeowners are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. except for four times a year when they are held at 5:30 p.m. Those night meetings will be in March, June, September and November.
