Members (Homeowners only)

Monthly board meetings for homeowners are held on the second Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. except for four times a year when they are held at 5:30 p.m. Those night meetings will be in March, June, September and November.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024 immediately following the regular board meeting which will start at 5:30 p.m.

There are three positions open on the board of directors for the 2025-2026 term. The window to apply to run for the board closed in early September.

The Candidates Night was held on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Ballots were mailed to all members, and if anyone has not received one yet, call the office at (661) 831-2035.

The votes will be counted and the winners announced at the Annual Meeting on Nov. 12, 2024.

Here is the draft Budget which members can comment on. The board will vote on the final budget at the November board meeting.
