Monthly board meetings for homeowners are held on the second Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. except for four times a year when they are held at 5:30 p.m. Those night meetings will be in March, June, September and November.
The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025 immediately following the regular board meeting which will start at 5:30 p.m.
There are three positions open on the board of directors for the 2025-2026 term. The window to apply to run for the board will close in early September.
